The History of My Gospel Soul….

 

My Gospel Soul was founded by Jennice Ebow in March of 2009.  In a conversation with Overseer Saddie Elliott a long time Dream of hers was about to begin to manifest.  My Gospel Soul got its legs on catchy topics like, young lady where’s your self respect, is your service to God or to yourself, and cheating in the next room (a topic on cheating over the internet.)  My Gospel Soul went on to explore the world of Gospel Rap and met a Gospel Rapper by the name of G-child.  G-child, then took Mrs. Ebow to Christian Tabernacle where she was introduced to a number of Warriors on the battlefield for the Lord.  She met people like Soldier, Ladude, The Jesus Freakz, Wyzeman and many, many more.  She attended Block Parties and interview people who were on a mission to win souls and kingdom build.  Though going through her own personal struggle of losing her husband, she continued to pursue the dream her and husband talked about before his passing.   

 

This forum is use to address real issues that are going on in our lives today and how to overcome through the Power of the Word of God.  She has interviewed up and coming artist, giving them a chance to promote themselves as well as minister to the people through testimony.  Artist and Ministers from places far and wide have been heard on the airs ways of My Gospel Soul. Artist like, Chay Sutton, gospel singer from Seattle, Washington, Messenger (a Canton Jones Rap Artist) from Atlanta, Georgia, LA Will Gospel Rap Artist from Louisiana, Bro Lance a Minister and Fellow radio personality from California have grace the airways. Our goal is to celebrate everyday heroes that wouldn’t ordinarily be recognized. Jennice Ebow has a vision and with the Lord on her side she believes that this Show can shoot to the top.  In her first year My Gospel Souls listener base sky rocketed to over 6000 listeners and now has blown to over 75,000 in her second year.  She also does video interviews on Gospel TV which is her you tube channel which has over 200 videos and many more to come.  She has interviewed on radio/video Pastor Phyllis Martin(Founder of Root of A Woman Ministry and Christian Magazine),  Litarodi, God’s Writer, Wendy M, Ola Kuku, Prosperity, Falu, Von Won, KB, Richard Hollis, CVZ, LA Will, Lil CA, G-child, Shalamar, and Dora Bonner(running for Judge), FOE, J-Speaks and many more.
